- What is your returns policy?

Our money back guarantee means that if for a justifiable reason that you are not satisfied with an item, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, providing the goods are Unused and are returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging within 14 days. This does not apply to specially ordered, non-stock items, and the refund will not cover any shipping or transportation costs.

All orders will incur a $27.50 plus GST fee.
Please Note: Additional shipping costs will be applicable on large or bulky items
- How long will delivery take?

Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed within 24 hours and delivered to you shortly thereafter. Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery. However, if you need something urgently we offer an overnight airbag service, which may incur extra cost.

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
